1. Free Shipping Promotion

This is a limited time offer applying to standard ground shipping only. Additional charges will apply for express shipping. Orders must consist of $200.00 worth of merchandise (excluding groceries) before tax. Free shipping will activate at check out on orders totalling over $200.00 with coupon code ANOUTDOOR. Over-Sized charges may apply. Valid on regular Canadian shipping only. Shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, NWT or otherwise Remote Areas. 2. How do I track my order?

Once you have placed your order with us and it is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. Use this tracking information on the corresponding shipping carrier’s website to track the order. Most shipments will ship with Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca)

3. When will my order be processed and shipped to me?

Your order will be processed & shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another once your order is shipped. In the event that all products in your order cannot be provided, an Army & Navy Customer Service Representative will contact you by email.

4. What does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated during the checkout process. We use Canada Post to ship all orders.

5. Where can I ship to?

We deliver anywhere in Canada!

Note: If your order is being sent to a PO Box or a rural route address destination, please ensure that you include a physical street address, highway number and an emergency number you can be reached at when placing your order. Delivery services vary by carrier or location and may require pickup from your local postal outlet or distribution centre.

6. How do I update my shipping information?

Login into your account, select your profile and update any of your information that may have changed.

7. Can I cancel my order after I've submitted it?

To cancel an order made online, contact an Army & Navy customer service representative within 24 hours following the confirmation of your order. Simply email webstore@armyandnavy.ca and provide your name and invoice number and we will proceed to cancel your order.

8. In-Store Pick Up

Certain items are available for pick up only at one of our retail locations due to shipping restrictions. Typically when purchasing one of these items it will be available within 3 - 5 business days and we will notify you by email when it is ready. Once you receive the email, items will be available at Customer Service. Please bring your Order Confirmation as proof of purchase. In the event that all products in your order cannot be provided, an Army & Navy Customer Service Representative will contact you by email.

9. Entire Order Pick Up

If you wish to pick up all items on your order in one of our retail locations please select which location you prefer in step 2 of checkout. Typically your order will be ready in 3 - 5 business days and you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready. Once you receive the email, items will be available at Customer Service. Please bring your Order Confirmation as proof of purchase. In the event that all products in your order cannot be provided, an Army & Navy Customer Service Representative will contact you by email.
