Returning or Exchanging an Online Purchase
Our top priority is your satisfaction with our products. If something isn't right, we will make it so.
Refunds or Exchanges may be made within 14 days if the item is returned in its original packaged condition and with proof of receipt. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. There are no returns or exchanges swimwear or undergarments.
If convenient, any exchange or return can be made at one of our 5 retail locations.
Please note that if you are returning something that was paid for using PayPal, our retail locations cannot process the refund at the register. They will take the item you are returning and contact the webstore to complete the refund. You will receive a notification once it was been processed.
If visiting one of our retail locations isn’t convenient, follow the instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:
- Print out your Order Confirmation and circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed Order Confirmation.
- Pay to have the item(s) shipped back to us using the method/carrier of your choice.

If a return is requested you will receive an email confirmation that the return has been processed.
If an exchange is requested you will receive an email confirmation that the new item(s) have been shipped to you.
